Groups 2025

Exploring authentic relating

Are you looking to deepen your relationships? Would you like to understand yourself better and connect more authentically with others? Our groups provide a safe and supportive space for personal growth. Guided by experienced facilitators, these weekly 90-minute sessions help you build stronger connections, explore your patterns of interaction, and gain valuable insights into how you relate to others. To join, contact us through the form at the bottom of this page.

When people feel safe to express their deepest feelings without fear of rejection, a deep inner sorting process occurs, bringing peace and a sense of deep truth.

Descriptions of Similar Groups

If you’d like to learn more about the value and impact of group experiences, these resources may provide insights:

  • Reading: In 2022, the Straits Times highlighted the benefits of authenticity groups in this article.

  • Reading & Viewing: The Schopenhauer Cure by Dr. Irv Yalom offers a rich exploration of group dynamics through the lens of a fictional but insightful story. (Dr. Yalom was a significant influence on Jonathan’s development as a psychologist.) The adjacent video is a dramatization of a one of the chapters in The Schopenhaur Cure. While it gives a sense of a group, the intensity and pace are exaggerated.

  • Viewing: This video shares insights from participants in similar groups. Unlike the facilitator-free groups discussed, our groups are guided by trained facilitators.
